Sydney was born and raised in Salisbury, North Carolina, but developed a strong connection to the Triangle through years of visiting family in Raleigh. That connection only deepened when she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in management. Her time at UNC strengthened her love for the area, allowing her to fully immerse herself in the energy, culture, and opportunities that make the Triangle such a special place.
Sydney’s passion for serving others was cultivated through years of experience in the customer service industry, including her time working at her family’s restaurant, Ivan’s, in Salisbury. These experiences instilled in her the importance of building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service—skills that translate seamlessly into real estate.
After graduating from UNC, Sydney moved to Raleigh and obtained her North Carolina broker’s license, eager to guide buyers and sellers through one of the most significant decisions of their lives. Sydney’s passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships makes her a trusted partner for clients navigating the real estate market.
Beyond real estate, Sydney is a devoted sports fan. She spends her free time cheering on the Tarheels and Hurricanes, never missing a chance to catch an NHL game in Raleigh. When she’s not watching sports, you’ll likely find her at the beach, soaking up the sun and spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys exploring Raleigh’s variety of fitness studios and growing food scene, always on the lookout for new classes and restaurants.
