About Kristen
Originally from Upstate New York, Kristen proudly made Raleigh home in 2003, drawn by the area's abundant opportunities, vibrant growth, and welcoming community. Shortly after relocating, she earned her real estate license and began her career working alongside Debbie in general brokerage at a local real estate firm. The two formed an immediate connection during their pre-licensing program and have maintained a close professional and personal relationship ever since.
After gaining valuable experience in general brokerage, Kristen transitioned into new home sales, joining a regional builder and local developer. Over the next five years, she guided clients through every stage of the homebuilding process, ensuring a seamless experience from contract to closing. She later returned to general brokerage after earning her Broker-in-Charge designation and quickly rediscovered her passion for helping buyers and sellers navigate the many unique communities and neighborhoods that make the Triangle such a dynamic and desirable place to live.
