I grew up in Upstate NY and happily made Raleigh home in 2003, as it was an area with abundant opportunities (and the mild winters didn’t hurt!). I earned my real estate license that same year and began working with Debbie in general brokerage for a local firm. She and I had made an instant connection during our pre-licensing program and have formed a close friendship since.
After some time in general brokerage, an opportunity presented itself to work with a regional builder and local developer selling new homes onsite. I worked with them for 5 years, guiding each client through the entire building experience and ensuring the smoothest process possible. I later returned to general brokerage after receiving my broker-in-charge designation, and absolutely love the variety of work that comes with helping people buy and sell throughout all the unique areas & neighborhoods that make up our dynamic, growing Triangle.
Making sure my clients genuinely trust my sincerity in fully helping them through one of life’s greatest investments is one of my highest priorities. I am huge into relationship building throughout all facets of the transaction and am dedicated to being an advocate and resource to those I serve. Being a mom of four has taken my skills for problem solving, multi-tasking, and negotiating to next level! But in all seriousness, I am a doer, and I really care about providing full-service level of support to my clients and want them feel my dedication to the process.
