Her background in new construction has provided her with valuable insight into the many details involved in a successful transaction, allowing her to guide clients smoothly through each step of their home journey.

Family is at the heart of everything Kathy does. She has been married to her husband, Ricky, for more than 32 years and is the proud mother of three sons, two wonderful daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren. Outside of real estate, she and her family love spending time at the beach, enjoying the outdoors, tackling landscaping projects, and making memories through travel and new adventures together.
